Job satisfaction is considered a successful model for increasing productivity and cost reduction. A friendly, architectural first-class work environment that is adjusted to changing working structures can significantly increase the contentment of employees. Latest research of the Fraunhofer Institute proofs that the improvement of a working environment guarantees increasing productivity and sustainable corporate success. The discussion of the project KRAFT Foods Zurich (reconstruction of the European headquarters) by Brückner Architekten and Innenarchitekten Munich highlights the role of architects and interior designers in this process.
