An aging population and the ensuing issues related to quality of life and, in particular, living at home, pose new challenges for planners, designers and other relevant players when it comes to developing sound innovative lifestyle concepts. Using the LISA project as an example, the exhibition shows ways to develop future-oriented concepts for living. LISA, an assistant-based module for furnishing the entrance areas of homes, is the result of a two-year research project conducted cooperatively by MM Design, Pfeifer Planung, KAB Kompetenzzentrum Alpine Bautechnologie, Munich Technical University and Università degli Studi di Trento.
