It serves as a platform for extensive science communication initiatives—both from the museum itself and its many (Munich-based) scientific partners—offering a home for innovative and participatory education and research formats. Its main purpose is to foster dialogue between the museum audience and the scientific community while also accompanying this process through research. The Science Communication Lab (SCLab) is located in the Deutsches Museum in the auditorium on level -1. Please note: Access to the Science Communication Lab is via the Cornelius Bridge.
