BUILT THE UNBUILT - Get-together at O-Lab

Come to our get-together and join the discussion about our visions and unrealized projects that are central to our practice and thinking, focusing our attention on the city of the future.

At BUILT THE UNBUILT, a get-together with drinks hosted by OLIV Architects, we present our as yet unrealized visions and architectural projects. The event illustrates our built environment as it could have been, thereby throwing open a debate on architectural ideas, urban development, and future urban spaces.

We will present designs, sketches, plans, and renderings that clearly map out the development process behind our ideas and architecture. We will provide insights into our ongoing work process of designing and developing architectural projects, and showcase proposals that, even when (as yet) unrealized, play a central role in our practice.

A wide range of projects will be on display: from educational buildings and department store conversions, residential construction and skyscrapers, to urban planning projects. The result is a diverse spectrum of possible urban development goals that renegotiate issues of density, use, nature, infrastructure, and public space.

BUILT THE UNBUILT has the dual role of visual archive and stimulus for reflection on the possibilities of unbuilt architecture. The event highlights expertise in the field of unbuilt architecture and invites debate about visions, potential, and the future of the city.
