Design shapes societies, values, and realities. It takes courage and vision to use design as a tool for economic, social, and cultural transformation.
Design serves as a bridge between aesthetics, function, and social change.
– Where can design mediate and, above all, initiate dialogue?
What impact and relevance do creative professionals have?
In this interdisciplinary panel, we will discuss what strategies and resilient solutions can look like – how complex systems and interrelationships can become recognizable – how diversity can create stability and how diversity guarantees security and support.
Panel:
Prof. Dr. Moritz Basil Mungenast (Architecture + 3D-Printing Specialist),
Christian Zanzotti (Product Design), Dr. Oliver Herwig (Design Theory)
Moderated by Prof. Bettina Otto and Dara Sepehri (DDC Board Members)
The event is supported by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy. As part of the support for cultural and creative industries, bayern design has advised the applicant.
