Digital fashion enables clothing design and animation without physical production. The exhibition merges digital innovation with sustainable design, showcasing new approaches for the future of fashion
Digital fashion opens up new possibilities for design processes, sustainability, and creative expression. It allows clothing to be designed, visualized, and animated efficiently—without the consumption of physical resources. But how can digital and handcrafted approaches be combined?
The exhibition presents two perspectives: the digital fashion world with its innovative potential and the sustainable, physically crafted collection by Yvonne Bommel. Her Yoga Y-05 Fashion Line demonstrates that responsible material choices and proven manufacturing methods remain essential for the fashion industry.
But the focus isn't only on the craftsmanship— the exhibition also showcases how Artificial Intelligence is used in rendering, animating, and generating fashion designs—allowing for faster workflows, more realistic materials, and impressive presentations.
The exhibition is hosted at the RESPCT.ME Gallery, under the leadership of Susanne Bleicher-Kaikkis, which creates an interdisciplinary space for fashion, art, and design, inspiring visitors to question existing concepts.
Visitors are invited to discover innovative digital design methods and reflect on the future of sustainable fashion.
