Giro di Monaco 2025 - Charity run around Munich's city centre

The charity run on Munich's Altstadtring - Here we go again: We run together and collect donations for a good cause!

The Giro di Monaco aims to show once again that the city of Munich remains stable, democratic, tolerant and cosmopolitan. On Sunday, 11 May 2025, anyone can set a sporting example for democracy and against racism, run, roll or stroll around Munich's old town in good spirits and donate to a good cause. Bellevue di Monaco will use the proceeds from the charity run to fund projects to support refugees.

Anyone can take part in the Giro di Monaco! Big and small, young and old, fat and thin, fast and slow, native and immigrant, diverse and straight, abled and disabled. It's not about top performance, but about togetherness. That's why there is no timekeeping and no start numbers.

- from 10:00 a.m.: Opening of the start/finish area Blumenstraße
- from 10:15 am: Starting line-up and warm-up with music at the starting line
- 11:00 a.m.: Start signal, run on the Altstadtring, one lap clockwise (just under 5 km) depending on fitness and personal speed
- 13:00: Finish, last runner at the finish line
- in the afternoon joint street party with our neighbors, the Glockenbachwerkstatt

Refreshment stands and stage programme with surprise guests in the finish area.
Our legendary running shirts will be available again this year.
The distribution of the shirts will be announced on Instagram in good time.

If you still have your shirt from Giro I-III, you can of course also take part with it!
