Friday Session:
In her talk “Mut & Machen” (The Courage of Doing), Viki Lund shares how passion, curiosity, and the courage to shape her own path led to the creation of her creative studio. She reflects on her journey from training as a chef in fine dining to studying at LMU Munich, organizing her first independent events, and hosting international pop-ups.
Her work unfolds at the intersection of food, art, and multisensory experience. Through installations, performances, and experimental formats, food becomes a medium for storytelling, encounter, and reflection.
The talk explores playful discovery, the value of unconventional paths, and surprise as a creative tool—highlighting how authenticity and process, rather than perfection, can inspire people and energize communities.
