In cooperation with the Architecture Research Incubator (ARI) and international universities, the Department of Architecture of TU München develops architectural training and the profession.
The Chair of Architectural Informatics, headed by Prof. Dr. Frank Petzold, and the ARI present current research projects that will influence future digital design, planning and construction processes.
At the intersection of technology, society and design, architecture offers solutions that positively influence digital developments in the built environment. The Architecture Research Incubator in cooperation with the Chair of Architecture Informatics, headed by Prof. Dr. Frank Petzold, presents current research projects that will shape future digital design, planning and construction processes: USP – an innovative tool for the development and evaluation of urban planning variants, and CDP – the combination of classic and digital design tools.
