Andreas Traube
In 2005, Andreas Traube began his scientific work at the Fraunhofer IPA in laboratory automation and bioproduction technology. His focus was on the automation of highly sophisticated, novel biotechnological processes to make them more robust, scalable and safer. In 2012, Traube took over the management of the laboratory automation and bioproduction technology department.
In 2016, together with colleagues and external partners, he founded Dispendix GmbH based on I-DOT nanodosing technology.
In 2020, he became a co-partner in the start-up Nanolockin GmbH and in 2023 in Liquimetrix.
From 2024, Traube will head the Business Unit for Healthcare Industry and Life Sciences at Fraunhofer IPA.
