Dirk Huesmann

Dirk Huesmann is a designer and has been CEO of wirDesign communication AG, one of Germany's leading brand and design consultancies, since 2018. He has been with the company since 1997 and moved from the Braunschweig office to the newly founded branch in Berlin in 2001. In 2015, he was appointed to the Management Board as Chief Design Officer (CDO) and took over the company in 2018.
His work focuses on organizational development and the strategic development and design of brands.
Today, the company employs around 100 people at its two locations in Braunschweig and Berlin. wirDesign has been a certified Economy for the Common Good (ECG) company since 2024.
