Fred Witte

Fred Witte is the founder and owner/director of BLOC. After a career in tourism in nation and city marketing he founded in 2008 his first company the TLC Group, a commercial strategic consultancy firm in the Travel industry. In 2014 he co-founded BLOC in which he is now specialized in area development and mobility always in the complexity of public and private partnerships. Fred always operates at the intersection of strategy and (commercial) operation and links industry knowledge with realistic and financeable area- and market development.
