Holger Hampf, as Head of MINI Design, connects the brand’s rich heritage with advanced design strategies in shaping the future.
In addition to various positions within the BMW Group, he most recently led Designworks, with studios in LA, Munich, and Shanghai.

As Head of Design, he engages deeply with the different facets of the MINI brand. Together with the MINI Design Team, he is actively involved in exploring new forms of mobility and developing solutions for the needs of future cities and lifestyles.
