Irmgard Hesse

Irmgard Hesse is a designer, thinker and entrepreneur. She is the founder of Zeichen & Wunder, one of the top 15 brand agencies in Germany. As an expert in love brands and storytelling, she has been active as managing director for thirty years with a great deal of passion and curiosity. Irmgard Hesse regularly writes for the trade press, leads workshops and speaks at events.
Zeichen & Wunder focuses on the close integration of strategic thinking, excellent design and storytelling. This results in sustainable and effective brand presences that are regularly honoured with awards. Since 2023, she has been involved in the board of the German Design Day to make the relevance of creativity and design in business and society more visible.
