Jan Kuck, born 1978 in Hanover, initially studied law for several semesters before completing a master's degree in philosophy and history. He has lived and worked in Berlin since 2014.
In his conceptual art, Kuck pointedly carves out both the humorous and the tragic aspects of today's society. Currently, his preferred work materials are concrete and wood, but also neon and glass.
Jan Kuck had his first major gallery exhibition (PACKET-SOUP) in 2012 at the SAVVY Contemporary Gallery in Berlin. In October 2013, he presented his design creation T.TABLE at the JR Gallery in Berlin, which received significant national and international media coverage.
Since June 2014, Jan Kuck is being represented by Bernheimer Contemporary and has been showcased in over 50 international exhibitions ever since.
