Jana holds a degree in Organizational Psychology from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and specializes in employee development, talent management, and employer branding. She regularly shares insights on diversity & inclusion and modern leadership concepts. Her passion lies in fostering a positive corporate culture and supporting employees in their professional growth.
