Jelena Majstorović

Jelena Majstorović is a strategist with Serbian roots who connects technology, communication, and social responsibility. She works in sales at an IT service provider in southern Germany, focused on modern workplace solutions.

Her passion lies in exploring the intersection of artificial intelligence and emotional intelligence. In her MBA thesis, she researched how neuroscience can help make AI systems more empathetic and effective.

As the founder of Lightning Talks Munich, she spent over five years curating compact and creative event formats on inclusion, change, and digital transformation.
