As a gustatory scenographer, Jörg Sellerbeck develops multi-sensory narrative spaces that create relationships and provoke internalization. As a trained chef and qualified architect, he has been combining two seemingly separate disciplines into a new creative practice for over 25 years: “Culinary art as a communication medium”. In the creative pool of the EU project “Creating NEBourhoods Together”, he initiated “NEBourfoods” - cooking and communication formats based around a mobile kitchen. In addition to his creative work, he is passionate about sharing his knowledge as a lecturer in the fields of scenography and gastrosophical sciences at various universities."
