Jonas Weigand leads the Innovation Department at ZMI, focusing on the future-oriented development of time tracking.
He is particularly passionate about exploring new approaches to creating sustainable protection of working hours. Constantly challenging the status quo, he works collaboratively to generate solid and tangible results.

Since 2018, he has been an active supporter of Viva con Agua, an organization advocating for water as a fundamental human right, and he wholeheartedly aligns himself with its values.
