Dr. Julia Pierzina is always looking for what can be shaped - in healthcare with AI, in narrative educational work on anti-discrimination, in dealing with new technologies in the public sector for urban development and finally as a researcher on gender perceptions of young people in schools. As an intervention designer at the K8 Institute for Strategic Aesthetics, she translates between disciplines and is committed to gender equality, sustainability and participation. As a board member of the international Gender Design Network, she is committed to reducing gender data gaps in design processes and raising public awareness of the - also gender-related - power of design.
