The Responsive Fashion Institute develops innovative and sustainable applications for the fashion industry. To this end, the Institute advises companies, develops VR environments, initiates academic research on fashion and sustainability into virtual space and organises events, conferences and fashion hackathons on the topics of data, AI, "Phygital Fashion" and the circular economy.
Juliane Kahl Founder / CEO, researches new teaching formats as a researcher and lecturer at national and international universities and educational institutions and organised the first fashion hackathon in East Africa in 2017 and is currently running a lecture series of the MA Fashion Management course at the Academy of Fashion and Design as a pilot project in VR format.
