Karin Wolff

Karin Wolff is a former Hessian Minister of State. From October 2019 to February 2025, she was Managing Director of Gemeinnützige Kulturfonds Frankfurt RheinMain GmbH. Wolff studied history and theology at the universities of Mainz and Marburg. Karin Wolff was a teacher at the Edith-Stein-Schule in Darmstadt, Deputy Minister President and Deputy State Chairwoman of the CDU in Hesse. From 1999 to 2008, she served as Hessian Minister of Culture. She was also a city councillor in the science city of Darmstadt until 2019 and Chairwoman of the Protestant Working Group of the CDU in Hesse until 2012. Wolff was a member of the Hessian state parliament from 1995 to 2019.
