Marta Bielik

In her work, Marta creates spaces where people feel seen, companies share their stories - and real connections are made.

Born in Warsaw, she moved to Germany at the age of eight and spent her first years in a refugee shelter in Landshut. The experience of loneliness and loss of home still characterizes her today - and sensitized her early on to subtle nuances, disruptions, and what really moves people.

Her rootlessness and curiosity took her to many places - including five years in Beirut and the Home of Creativity. There, she was honored with two Cannes Lions for ideas that tell stories and touch people.
