Patrick Schimanski

Patrick Schimanski is a composer, sound artist, dramaturge, performer and director. As a transdisciplinary artist, he works between all genres, both in the independent scene and at municipal and state theaters in Germany and abroad. In changing formations, he develops experimental and performative performance formats and deals intensively with the topics of sustainability and digitality. His works have been seen and heard at the Thalia Theater Hamburg, Deutsches Theater Berlin, Schauspielhaus Zürich, Stuttgart State Opera, Ruhrfestspiele Recklinghausen, Spielart Festival, Nachtkritik's virtual theater meeting and Deutschlandradio Kultur, among others.
