Robert Horvat

Robert Horvat is the founder of the Mittelstandsakademie Bayern and has worked in vocational education for over 20 years. As an economist, SAP consultant, and head of a state-recognized business academy, he combines economic knowledge with educational commitment.

His goal: to make education and career development accessible to all. Through the Mittelstandsakademie and the Technikum—a hands-on training center—he creates learning spaces that break down barriers and open new perspectives.

A key focus is on access to funding programs: participants are informed about available opportunities and receive support in the application process.
