Tanja Godlewsky

Tanja Godlewsky is a professor of media design at the IU International University of Applied Sciences in Essen. Her research and practice focus on gender-sensitive design and social transformation. She is a co-founder of the International Gender Design Network and co-initiator of the Iphigenia Gender Design Award – the world's only design award with a gender focus. In her research and teaching, she advocates for a design practice that takes responsibility, strengthens diversity, and makes social discourses visible.
