Early on at university, Timo discovered a love of sociology, community organizing, problem solving, and environmentalism. He was hired to the team running City of Toronto's water and energy saving campaigns. This was his first introduction to Social Marketing and using Identity as a tool for change.
Later, adventure pulled him around the world. He lived on three continents, learned new languages, founded an environmental NGO and has been a small business owner, all while sharpening his skills at shaping identities.
At Elasticbrains, Identity Architecture compliments his work with Design Thinking, Lean, and Agile principles, creating a framework that not only accelerates his work capabilities, but has helped him shape his own identity into more of the person he set out to be.
