Tobias Trübenbacher

Tobias Trübenbacher is a designer specialising in sustainability, material innovation and energy transformation. He currently lives and works in Munich.
Tobias has worked for renowned design and architecture firms such as Atelier Steffen Kehrle, Studio Mark Braun and AAS Gonzalez Haase. After completing his design studies, he worked as a designer at Konstantin Grcic Design in Berlin.
Tobias is currently also completing a master's degree in architecture at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). In 2023, Tobias was honoured by the German Design Council as ‘Newcomer Designer of the Year’. He has received prestigious awards for his work, such as the German Sustainability Award, the Braun Prize and the Beyond Bauhaus Award. Tobias also teaches at various universities.
