Tom Siegel (*1972), a qualified industrial designer, worked in research and pre-development at Mercedes-Benz AG for over 20 years and most recently developed trends and future studies for the Mercedes-Benz passenger car division.

Since 2022 program leader "Technisches Design" at THI.

In his spare time, Tom Siegel, as managing director of 08sechzehn, offers interactive training courses on the topics of creativity and innovation.

He developed the “Journey to the Land of Ideas”: a map of the creative process for different topics and participants as an orientation for creative work.

From 2021-24, Tom Siegel undertook training as an NLPK Coach at Campo Molinari, becoming a certified systemic coach with a focus on personal intuition, resilience and strengths.
