Dr. Udo W. Herberth is attorney at law and European Trademark and Design Attorney since 1996 and partner at Weickmann & Weickmann PartbmB since 2004.
His main fields of activity focus on the enforcement of IP rights in Germany and abroad, representation in and out-of-court with strategic planning for conflict resolution, establishment and maintenance of worldwide trademark and design portfolios, re-establishment of rights, licensing agreements as well as cyber law and frequent trade-fair patrolling.
He has been recognised as ‘Best Lawyers’ (IP Law, Germany) and as a ‘Recommended individual’ by WTR 1000 (Germany).
He regularly organises workshops at MCBW and provides BayStartUP training in trademark, design and domain law.
He is founder of Bavarian International Trademark Association.
