Uwe Christof Beyer was art director for RTL Television, Zeitmagazin and Der Spiegel.
Today, Beyer is the owner of the interdisciplinary freihafen design studios in Hamburg, where he creates corporate designs, websites and award-winning customer magazines for Sixt, Nissan, DZ-Bank, Hermes and L'Oreal, among others.
Uwe C. Beyer has launched and relaunched hundreds of magazines, newspapers and online presences, including Spiegel twice, stern.de, Zeit Wissen, Manager Magazin, Merian, Spiegel Online, Für Sie, Financial Times, Handelsblatt, Yacht, Spektrum, Bravo, turi2 edition, Neue Westfälische, TV Movie and many more. He created the infographic concepts for stern, Focus and Spiegel and designs covers for all major magazine and book publishers.
