Wolfgang Sattler

Wolfgang Sattler is a German designer and university teacher.
From 1983-89, Wolfgang Sattler worked as a designer at Corporate Identity Olivetti in Milan/Italy.
Since 1990, he has been running the design studio sattler-industrial-design with a focus on:
Industrial Design, Exhibition Design, Interface Design.
From 1993-2022, he was professor of Product Design at the Bauhaus University Weimar/ Faculty of Art and Design.
His research focuses on Interaction Design and he is concerned with the future questions of Universal Design.
From 2007-2021, he was director of the BauhausTransferzentrumDESIGN in Weimar.
Since 2016, he has been chairman of the UDF Universal Design Forum eV, and since 2022, he has been a member of the Board of DT Deutscher Designtag.
