Lukas Lederer

Lukas Lederer is Team Lead for Product Management, Design & Usability at BHS Technologies.
His work sits at the intersection of design, technology, and clinical practice, with the goal of developing medical technology from a truly user-centered perspective. He began his career in innovation design at HYVE, where he supported companies in developing user-centered products and services. This experience continues to shape his approach to user-centered innovation: working closely with surgeons and operating room teams to translate technology into products that genuinely work in everyday clinical practice.
