Regina Hanke

Today, Regina Hanke, M.A., is the strategic and design lead at Lindgrün GmbH. Her work focuses on strategic and behavioral design for non‑profit organizations, healthcare institutions, and medical research partners. She is co‑founder of Leila – the medical guideline app, launched in 2020 and supporting thousands of healthcare professionals in evidence‑based decision‑making. Regina contributes to research projects, leads workshops, and writes on design strategy. Since 2021, she has been a member of the Council for Europe and International Affairs at Deutscher Designtag and is active in international health and design networks.
