Christian Weyhersmüller

Christian Weyhersmüller holds a degree in Industrial Engineering (Technical University of Braunschweig) and has worked at Schaeffler for over 15 years in various roles. He has held various strategic R&D management positions, always with a strong focus on innovation, including in the Asia-Pacific region and the Industrial Division. For over three years, he has headed the ‘Innovation Strategy’ department within the R&D division, where he and his team identify new trends and growth opportunities from a business perspective, manage the innovation portfolio, and shape the ecosystem for strategic innovation partnerships with companies and associations of all sizes.
