Victoria Ringleb

Victoria Ringleb has been Managing Director of the Alliance of German Designers (AGD) since 2010, making it one of Europe's largest professional organisations for freelance designers from all disciplines. She studied Communication Sciences and Intercultural Business Communication in Jena, Cambridge and Brisbane. She has been involved in network management for twenty years. Ringleb is convinced that co-operation and community expand the creative and entrepreneurial scope of action of all those involved - with enormous potential for freelancers. To this end, she and her team at AGD create protected spaces and offer support through further training and individual counselling. Ringleb lives and works in Berlin and Braunschweig.
