Timo Brehme

Timo Brehme is the founder and one of four managing partners of CSMM, a leading architecture and consulting firm specializing in commercial architecture, modern work environments, and innovative office concepts.

After studying architecture at TU Munich, he gained valuable experience at Prof. Herzog + Partner and congena GmbH. In 2003, he founded conceptsued, focusing on consulting for real estate users, followed by Modal M for project developers. A brand merger in 2018 led to the formation of today's CSMM GmbH. With an interdisciplinary team of 100 employees across six locations, he has been shaping modern work environments for over two decades, developing innovative concepts for future-proof buildings.
