Alisa Facher

I have been part of the Format D team for 2 years and in my role as Product Lead I am intensively involved in the individual support of our customers and processes, product management and agile project management.
My work, especially as a Product Lead, where I work closely with teams, customers and users, has shown me time and again that it's all about people. This understanding is also crucial in the context of New Work and modern leadership. The interplay of technology, processes and, above all, the “how” of collaboration is a central component of my daily work.
