Chu-Yi Vuong currently works as a Senior Service Designer and UX Designer at IBM iX DACH. She believes that with design we can design experiences that connect each of us, and see the great importance of human-centricity, systems thinking, and holism for design with good intentions. Chu-Yi is interested in human behavior, emotions, and culture, which strongly influence her design work.
