Anna Whicher

Design at PDR - International Centre for Design and Research - at Cardiff Metropolitan University. She leads a portfolio of research, knowledge exchange and commercial projects in public sector design. Her main interests lie in the development, implementation and evaluation of government policies, services and programs using design methods. Anna has supported governments around the world to integrate design into their ways of working, run agile service design sprints, develop design action plans, establish innovation labs, embed design into business support programs and embed circular design principles into strategies.
