Christian Krauss

Christian studied architecture at the Technical University. After holding positions at NYSE-listed JLL, a global leader in commercial real estate and investment management, and at AECOM, a leading international infrastructure firm, he is now Head of New Work at Art-Invest Real Estate – a long-term oriented real estate investment and development company.

Christian will present the project and community "Servus Otto".

The "Knowledge Workshop: Building in Existing Structures" combines sustainability, flexibility, and creativity within a forward-looking work environment. Originally built in the early 1990s, the OTTO building serves as a typical example of office spaces that were once considered modern but now require adaptation to meet the demands of contemporary working environments.
