Sandra Forster

Sandra Ina Forster is a restaurateur based in Munich.
After completing her vocational high school diploma and training as a chef, restaurant manager, trainer, junior sommelier, and organic beekeeper, she has managed various restaurants, bars, and clubs since 2000: "Hit the Sky," "Zappeforster," "Zerwirk," "Cafe King," Charly, Kong Club, and Kismet.

In 2017, she opened the restaurant and techno club "Blitz." Her attitude is particularly noteworthy:
WE DO NOT TOLERATE ANY FORM OF DISCRIMINATION!
Everyone should feel safe in her club and restaurant – regardless of origin, sexuality, gender, body color, or skin color.

She also runs the "Roecklplatz" training restaurant for disadvantaged young people.

In 2009, she published the book "The Vegan Cookbook" with Blumenbarverlag.
