Lucia Obst

Lucia Obst is a community strategist with a strong sense for brands, people, and purpose. She leads the JIMDOConnect program at Jimdo, where she builds communities for freelancers and small business owners through events, ambassador networks, and partnerships.

Previously, she held leadership roles at Wikimedia Deutschland, the German AI Association, and the Allianz Cultural Foundation. Whether accelerator programs, innovation formats, or international networks – Lucia creates spaces where communities grow and ideas scale.

With an academic background in theatre and gender studies, she brings an interdisciplinary lens to her work. At the panel, Lucia will share insights on the power of communities within big brands: how they are created, kept alive, and turned into real impact.
