Lina Schmidt

Lina Schmidt studied color design and interior design at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Hildesheim, Germany, as well as art and cultural studies at Radboud University in the Netherlands. In 2022, she founded the studio Farbkultur.design with Melissa Lindemeyer, which realises projects in product, graphic, and interior design and combines analytical and creative approaches to strategic color design. She has been working on a project basis for RAL since 2020 and has been responsible for color design and colour training there since 2024. She has also been an associate at the Institute International Trendscouting since 2019, Chief Financial Officer at the German Colour Association e.V. since 2022 and is involved in the Colour Literacy Project.
