Lars Heimann

Lars Heimann, a graduate engineer, has been CEO of anabrid GmbH since 2020, a German deep-tech start-up specialising in analogue computing. With over 20 years’ experience in banking and IT, he brings a unique perspective to high-performance computing. Under his leadership, anabrid is working with the DLR on the REDAC project, among other things, and has already presented an initial prototype. Heimann is a champion of hybrid systems incorporating analogue computing and is pursuing the goal of creating an analogue computer on a microchip. He studied at RWTH Aachen University and the Technical University of Berlin.
