Walter de Silva is an Italian car designer, who created icons of the car industry. His carrier began in 1972 at Fiat Design Center in Turin. His splendid talent led him to giants of the automobile world, where he designed such cars as Alfa Romeo 156 and 147. Audi 1999 appointed him to Chief Designer, so he became responsible for such car brands as Audi, Lamborghini and SEAT. Eight years later he was promoted to the Head of Group Design of the Volkswagen Group. In 2010 he won the German Design Award for designing Audi A5.
Since 2016 his dream came true and now he designs women’s footwear.
