Dr. Martin Köhler is responsible for innovation management in Technical Development at AUDI AG. The focus here is on the development of a technology strategy and its implementation in the form of the portfolio of predevelopment projects and deployment planning in the vehicle cycle plan. The use of lean development processes with an open error culture and collaboration in the ecosystem are just as essential as a mix of market pull and technology push. Before Martin Köhler took up his position at Audi, he worked for several years as a lawyer in the M&A business and founded his own LegalTech startup in the APX Accelerator Program.
