Carolin Pauly

Carolin Pauly has been managing partner of the Institute for Universal Design since the beginning of 2023 and sees Universal Design as a meta discipline of design. The Institute supports business, science and society in the development of analogue and digital products, services and concepts according to Universal Design principles.
She is a co-founder of the Universal Rooms network, which develops holistic furnishing concepts for living in old age, and a lecturer at the Hanover University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Previously, she was responsible for many years as project manager for the leading trade fair for eldery care. She is on the Board of the Universal Design Forum e.V. .a
