Showcase of Bavarian traditional Tracht Fashion Culture in Virtual Reality.

This exhibition will introduce visitors to the Digital Fashion Lab project, which takes place in the digital world of Spatial.io. Participants will first create their own avatar using Ready Player Me, then step into a virtual reality space to experience the Digital Fashion Lab project first-hand.

The project focuses on exploring digital fashion using platforms like Ready Player Me and Spatial.io. Specifically, it delves into Bavarian traditional fashion culture, aiming to document and preserve this heritage. During this project, training for both local and international designers and developing prototypes was provided with modern technologies.

Furthermore, the project aims to offer an immersive experience on the WebXR platform. Here, users can interact with elements of Bavarian traditional fashion within a virtual reality environment. The overarching goal is to raise awareness of local traditional fashion on a global scale while investigating how Bavarian cultural heritage can be integrated with new technologies.
Through systematic exploration and collaboration, the project seeks to pave the way for integrating tradition with digital innovation. Ultimately, it aims to deepen understanding and appreciation for cultural heritage in the modern age.
