Talking alone won't stop the glaciers from melting!
Everyone is talking about the climate crisis, but what exactly is happening?
And what can we children do?

Plant-for-the-Planet develops a wide range of solutions to tackle the climate crisis. The foundation has partner organizations on four continents and makes it possible for children and young people to train each other as ambassadors for climate justice in academies. Many ambassadors get involved in the public debate on the climate crisis, give talks, give interviews and meet decision-makers.


The workshop is aimed at children aged 9 to 14 and is designed to empower them to learn about the causes and effects of the climate crisis and encourage them to take action. Plant-for-the-Planet's unique approach means that the workshop participants themselves become ambassadors for climate justice, motivating other children and young people to get involved and share their own experiences of working for climate justice.

In the first part of the workshop, participants will learn important facts about the climate crisis, the work of Plant-for-the-Planet and how they can get involved and actively participate. In the second part of the workshop, the children are invited to take part in an action game (world game). Our aim is to motivate children to plan their own projects in order to gain practical experience and thus become part of the solution.
